Jelqing exercises will increase penile girth

Natural penis enlargement, that is, getting a longer and thicker penis without surgery, penis lengthening without pills or crazy suction devices, is completely possible. Instead of telling you how it is or why it works, I'll describe how you can see for yourself how truly achievable it is to increase penile girth and lenght. Let's take a look at a technique called a ‘Dry Jelq'. This jelqing exercise is used to target new, permanent growth in the thickness of your erect AND flaccid penis.

Step 1. Get a 40 to 50% erection, no more, no less. I like to refer to this as semi-hard.

Step 2. With the thumb and forefinger of your right hand, create a circle. It should look like the okay sign people make when they want to signal something is good or acceptable. Your other fingers - middle, ring and pinky, should be away from your penis. If you prefer to use your left hand, that is ok too.

Step 3. Firmly grip the base of your penis using the okay sign and slowly move your grip upwards towards the head of your penis. Don't slide over the skin or masturbate. Instead, focus on keeping your fingers on top of the same area of flesh all the time, while still sliding up and along the shaft. Think of it like the motion used when milking a cow. The blood in your penis is forced up towards and into the head of your penis.

Step 4. After you've milked from the base to just below where the head of your penis starts, release your grip. You've now completed one repetition or ‘rep'. Do 20 to 30 reps for your first session and increase it to 50 once you've been doing it for at least two weeks.

The Dry Jelq also known as jelqing exercises, is just one technique of dozens that have been specially designed and tested and that truly work to give you a naturally bigger penis. With a bit of patience and practice, you are on your way to penis lengthening. After using dry jelqs for a couple of weeks you'll already notice that your penis hangs heavier and lower day-to-day. You will feel it more weighty and solid when you're hard.
